I’m happy I spent the weekend with my daughter and didn’t restrict myself too much (I ate 4 s’mores!), but I also ate postlude healthy snacks during the day like nuts and fruit
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I didn’t get the workouts in I wanted, but it was an admittedly busy week. starting Morning Meltdown tomorrow with my crew!
