Feeling cranky and grumpy and not self-soothing with bad foods.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Well I didn’t lose any weight this week so that sucks but i did stick with it. Still think maybe I could have exercised more or something to help push this along.

I wish I had taken my measurements prior to starting because I feel so much thinner and lighter!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Felt better. I’ve felt kinda crappy - especially in the mornings. Maybe deficient in something? Seeing my doctor tomorrow.

I’m an all or nothing person. When I’m in I’m in and when I’m out.....well I’m way out. I have to find balance and consistency.
