Non-scale victory of the week!

There were donuts at work EVERY MORNING THIS WEEK! And I didn’t have one, not ONE!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I had eaten poorly a few days there and I had a ton of sodium yesterday, I had gotten down to 223 but the salt plus the sore muscles had me retaining all the water, 2 lbs of it. At least that’s what I’m telling myself!
