Eat my prepped food. Add more protein into my diet. Go for walks. Medical problems kept me from working out, but after seeing the doctor, I feel better getting back into my routine.

I need to add more to my diet because I'm hangry, and I NEED to go to the gym for my mental health.

Go to the gym more, walk to the gym on Saturdays, go on walks with my family. Eat more. The last couple of days I haven't been eating enough and my body has taken a toll. Hangry, shakey, headaches, the works. Keep drinking my water!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Starting the day off with water and grapefruit juice. Meal prepping lunch! Won't be eating pasta if it's on the list for dinner. Set alarms for water through the day so I stay hydrated and keep my metabolism going.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Before starting this, this weekend I ate pizza and had soda. No giving in anymore!

Meal prepped and only had a couple of sips of soda! I finally took measurements of myself. Giving me numbers to look at make me more motivated to keep working towards my goal.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to weigh my food, but I need a new battery for my scale. I'm not close to any stores.

Measure my food better, I'm still hungry through the day so I need to get some more "free" veggies to snack on. I need to continue doing a workout at home and at the gym where I can get my cardio in as well as more weights.
