We can do this! Six months is a long time, but it will definitely help us to establish long-term healthy eating habits. I am interested in giving/getting encouragement. This is my 2nd game. I just finished as a winner the past 28 days losing 4% of my weight. I want to lose about 70 lbs. We are in this together.

Karen - none of my friends joined the 6 month challenge either, even though some of them are already doing weight watchers. I guess us diet betters will have to stick together.
