What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
The thing that has been most challenging for me has been eating healthy. Most of the time, I’m in a hurry, and eating fast food has been the easier choice. I’ve gained more than 50 pounds in a year and it has been really difficult to get back in the game. I hope that through this game I will find the encouragement that I need to get through it and to find some useful tips to succeed.
