i posted in Jordans dietbet my NSV. it was a face transformation and it really means a lot to actually see progress because ive always been self conscious of my double chin.

definitely could have drank more water

i did meal prep for almost a week and actually ate it which is a plus. it was hard because i also went out for dinner the last 2 nights. i think i made the best choices i could have while out... but i still feel guilty. AND i had a beer at both. so my progress couldve been even better. still proud of my choices though: korean sesame bowl night one, ceasar salad night twp
