Rode my bike, even when I could only fit in an hour

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Had 2 parties. Could have limited myself to one drink at each, as opposed to two.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Getting back on track with my nutrition and exercise routine after several travel/visiting days was tough. I felt discouraged and defeated. With the support of my daughter (another DietBet winner) I fought hard for this win.

Begin maintenance, after losing that one last pound. Stay focused. Enjoy healthy eating, with occasional treats. Begin marathon training program. Cycle for cross-training (and prep for California Dream Ride). Be grateful.

Not only have I maintained my weight loss, I’m actually down another 2 pounds after my travels. My goal now is to return to healthier eating and smaller portions as I continue to exercise.
