What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
I'm a yoyo dieter.
I love challenges and always do really well at them. But once they're done I go back to lazy habits and poor exercise. That needs to change. But knowing myself I need to just keep doing challenges till fitness is the new normal.
Plus. I love alcohol. Very bad. Very hard to socialise alcohol free. And no. One glass is never enough.

I also need to keep up my afternoon cardio because i think that was the extra kick that got the first fortnight nailed.
