Everything, it’s a journey and like in every journey there’s mountains, deep valleys and scary things you have to cross to get where you want to go.

Working on sleep more, shooting for 8 hours solid this week. Last few weeks I’ve only been getting 5-6.5. I’m a graveyard worker so my schedule is completely whack.
