Stairs! Part of my workout is walking the stairs at work. This week, I conquered the whole 7 story staircase
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Nothing. I was motivated to win my diet bet. I worked out every day and kept really strictly to my eating plan. And didn’t eat my exercise calories. I felt sure if I stuck it out the scale would show results. Early in the week I was holding water with super sore legs and my weight went up. Yesterday the soreness ended and I was peeing like crazy. I weigh everyday at home and I was seeing the scale drop. Success!
