***TODAY'S VICTORY***
I did NOT buy that candy bar at the grocery store because I hadn't had lunch yet! I did buy a coke zero, however, I didn't get anything from the store. I waited until I came home and ate some almonds.
I planned all my meals and have pretty much stuck to them. Lunches are where I'm struggling most and that's partly because I'm eating breakfast so late. But suppers are planned and executed, as are breakfasts. This IS translating in a LOSS of weight even during my PMS times. YAY!

To do better on my water, to be better prepared for the gym, eating before and preparing for afterward. Eat breakfast earlier. And keep my head down and focus on today and the victories of today.
