Non-scale victory of the week!
This week went ok, but I had 4 days with no scale movement and that is so frustrating! I also didn't count calories Saturday or Sunday (today) - but I did stay Keto, so hoping I don't gain anything tomorrow!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I think I need some weights in my life, and I'm going to incorporate that next week.

More weight resistance and NO DAIRY, I ate quite a big of dairy this week and I can tell a big difference as far as inflammation and no movement on the scale.
