Non-scale victory of the week!
Last night was my boyfriends 21st. I knew we were going to a restaurant that has popcorn shrimp, which I love! So before we left I ate a small healthy snack so I wouldn’t be as hungry, and I drank plenty of water so I would make the right decision. I still got the popcorn shrimp but I only ate a quarter instead of the whole thing, and his mom took the rest to go.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
This past week has been full of birthdays! Finally by the 3rd birthday I got my mind right and didn’t indulge super crazily. But before than I was eating like I didn’t have a care in the world!
