Non-scale victory of the week!

Last night was my boyfriends 21st. I knew we were going to a restaurant that has popcorn shrimp, which I love! So before we left I ate a small healthy snack so I wouldn’t be as hungry, and I drank plenty of water so I would make the right decision. I still got the popcorn shrimp but I only ate a quarter instead of the whole thing, and his mom took the rest to go.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

This past week has been full of birthdays! Finally by the 3rd birthday I got my mind right and didn’t indulge super crazily. But before than I was eating like I didn’t have a care in the world!

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I want to start to excercise at least once a week.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Sticking with what needs to be done. I start to see results I like and I think I can start to slack and go back to my old ways because I’m doing good and deserve a reward.
