What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
Truth. What I have to do to weigh this amount has seemed mysterious but it really isn't. All it is is a lot of work. Its exercising an hour in the morning and a half hour in the evening. I am going to eat well the next week. I will lose a couple of pounds. But I didn't give myself the full green circle because of the mindset that has to revolutionize. I have to exercise five times a week for 90 minutes. I am giving myself an adjustment period of a week and then the work begins. Like this week I will do 30 in the moring and thirty in the evening. Then its Me and Debbie for life. :-)

Intermmittent fasting. Three days, one meal at 4pm. 600 calories. Monday through Wednesday. Then zig zag with killer workouts. Thurs. 1200. Friday. 800. Saturday. 1200. Sunday. 800. Thursday intermittent fasting 12-6. Saturday. 4-10pm. Friday and Sunday, eat once, 4pm.
