Non-scale victory of the week!

Really wanted to snack several times on garbage this week but I didn’t. I stuck it out even when I felt like sabotage binge eating

I’ve been eating so much better and within my calories all but one day

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

One day I ate garbage snacks when I couldn’t sleep. Reverted back to bad old habits.

Non-scale victory of the week!

More of a non-scale flop! Was hoping to have a nsv and fit into this super cute medium size outfit..... it gave me a good laugh but that is all

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Quit self sabotaging! I have eaten so so many carbs the last few days since I knew I for sure wouldn’t be reaching my goal from the last DietBet I did. Funny enough, I weigh less today after all my self sabotage than I did last week when I was giving it my all! The body can be strange sometimes but I know that if I were to continue that woe I would be in the same boat as when I began this weight loss journey.

Eat healthy because I feel better not just for weight loss, it’s the entire package deal that makes eating a healthy keto diet worth it. The mental benefits are as important as the physical.
