What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Quit self sabotaging! I have eaten so so many carbs the last few days since I knew I for sure wouldn’t be reaching my goal from the last DietBet I did. Funny enough, I weigh less today after all my self sabotage than I did last week when I was giving it my all! The body can be strange sometimes but I know that if I were to continue that woe I would be in the same boat as when I began this weight loss journey.
