Work pants are fitting looser. These pants are 2 sizes down from my original work pants back in May.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I havent worked out in a few weeks becuse of alot of stress at work and homework. Still been getring my daily steps in tho.

I went down 2 sizes in my work pants and now they are starting to fit looser!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I was not consistent with my workouts. I have been slacking the last 2 weeks still doing my workouts but not everyday like I was and I'd like to be. It was a very busy week for schoolwork.
