Non-scale victory of the week!
I am an intermediate at the new gym I joined! I thought I would be in the beginner category.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I am super proud to see the scale move. The coach has us on a really high protein diet. Like really high. However, I still didn't follow the meal plan completely. I will try harder this next week.
