Non-scale victory of the week!
I have not had any soda at all this week, which is amazing for me!! More fruits and veggies and no junk! I also was able to get to the gum 4 days!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I think my workouts could have been better. I cut myself some slack, telling myself that getting there on a regular basis was a good enough start.
