Excited that I can reach my arms around my back...ya know...instead of using a back scratcher lol

I had only 1 moment of weakness (ate a pastry) when I had the exact recipe at home to make it a Keto version...??

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

My biggest challenge is PATIENCE! I wanna lose everything now and not later and find that my frustrations and fears lead me to give up when I should persist.
