What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I’m worried about my success in this dietbet. I intentionally paid up front to hold myself accountable (i read all the fine print!). Sure enough, I went to the doctor this week and some of my medications are being adjusted. She looks me square in the eye and told me I may gain weight. If I don’t gain, “it will be hard as hell to lose weight.” She knows my goals. She encouraged them. She also knows my mental health/body image/etc history. I’m going to continue to work on portion control, late night bingeing, food prep, and being active. I’ll just have to work harder to meet my goals.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Skipped multiple opportunities for fancy coffees from Starbucks. I DID finally meet my water goal TWICE this week!

Should have skipped out on lunch out with my boss. It wrecked my day!

Prep and plan! Not having lunches to grab in the morning sets me up to fail. Going to a restaurant and not making a great choice throws me off.
