No binging! Work brought in Jet’s pizza for lunch and I did enjoy one slice, but that’s it! Nor did I binge at dim sum on Sunday (I did allow myself to enjoy what I had though since it was before this Dietbet began.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
It’s great to meal prep and pack your lunch, but even better if you don’t leave it home on the counter in the morning. Need more sleep also.

Last week I was still in between bets so I did indulge more, but next week—> Sleep earlier, keep eating clean, and try to get some exercise in even when it’s raining every day. Maybe stream workouts again.
