Ate too much and self control was low. BUT NSV was fitting into my skinny Citizen jeans that I haven’t worn since getting pregnant with Olivia. So over 4 years!

Non-scale victory of the week!

So far this week haven’t eaten poorly. Yesterday, ate out Thai for lunch and had the leftovers for dinner. Guilt free order and so delicious. Really enjoyed it!! Ordered Garlic stir fry chicken w broccoli. Added steamed cabbage. Filling and healthy. Had avocado and pear additionally for dessert.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

If I could have not had that one small slice of pizza at all on Tues that would have been amazing, but I practiced self restraint and just had the one piece. Happy with that.

Non-scale victory of the week!

No binging! Work brought in Jet’s pizza for lunch and I did enjoy one slice, but that’s it! Nor did I binge at dim sum on Sunday (I did allow myself to enjoy what I had though since it was before this Dietbet began.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

It’s great to meal prep and pack your lunch, but even better if you don’t leave it home on the counter in the morning. Need more sleep also.

Last week I was still in between bets so I did indulge more, but next week—> Sleep earlier, keep eating clean, and try to get some exercise in even when it’s raining every day. Maybe stream workouts again.

Listened to my body. Yesterday body was still hungry despite protein and fiber meal. So I ate more (small protein and drank water) then still hungry so I had fruit and pb.
