Non-scale victory of the week!

Avoided all the end of semester goodies offered by my university! Managed my eating at the Christmas parties I’ve been to so far.

Haven‘t excercised much, but have been parking further away to increase my step count!!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Kept the house free of junk food, so my diet was great this week!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I didn’t move nearly as much as I wanted to. Only hit my 10,000 steps twice! Need to work on that for sure!!
