Reducing alcohol intake, not snacking uncontrollably

Non-scale victory of the week!

Resisting chocolate cake, logging food most days and eating mindfully overall. Going to the gym even on a short layover. Closing all my rings on my Apple Watch all but one day this past week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Reduce alcohol intake. Not eat two fast food meals. I should have gone to the gym on my 30 hour Las Vegas layover.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Reduce/monitor alcohol intake even though I will be at Memorial Day pool parties. Be very careful about what I choose to eat. Watch sugar intake. Go to the gym before both pool parties to mitigate the inevitable food and beverages consumed.
