Started my Bible over from the beginning. Prayed with a homeless man yesterday.

Continue to read daily in my Bible. I feel more at peace, more dependent on God. I can do all things through Christ!! I will exercise 5 days and quit Sweets.

I could do one thing and feel accomplished.. I’ve put this off for way too long. I plan to exercise, portion control and do one thing each day that I love. And pray❤️
