Non-scale victory of the week!
I’m enjoying going to bed earlier for the quality of sleep I’m getting and my personal night routine/journal time.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I fell off of the 45 min of outside time during the big snowstorm on Tuesday. while it made sense for that day, I could have gotten out a least 2/5 of the other days (I did 1/5)
