Finally broke my stall! Kept away from over eating on portion size.

I cannot keep Oreos in the house for the kids. While I did only eat a serving, it’s not necessary every night.

I’ve been working really hard this week by the scale didn’t move. A little frustrated but I have increased my weight lifting so hoping it’s muscle. I’ve drank more water too!

I need to figure out what macro arrangement now works for me. I started birth control because of a menstruation issue and my ketogenic diet seems to be causing an increase in weight instead of a loss! I’m going to try making Buddha bowls for meal Prep this week! My funny photos help keep my mind from swerving into sad over having to redo my nutritional lifestyle.
