Non-scale victory of the week!
I went to a diner and instead of ordering a burgur and fries, I had chicken breast, spinach, and corn. I ate the chicken and spinach. Usually I would eat every thing on my plate even if I was already full. I didn't eat the corn. It's small but it was really hard for me to make that choice. And instead of a coffee shake, hot chocolate or milkshake, I had a 16oz cappuccino. And I savored it.
