Non-scale victory of the week!

I was feeling bad about my weigh in until I went and got dressed. Pants are loose, so even though I gained pounds, I am losing inches.

I am someone who, with menopause, craves sweets terribly. But I have been able to stay on track with my clean eating this week.

Cut out evening snacking. Nothing to eat after supper. If I feel like I want something I have a cup of tea.
