Found a gym while on holiday and went twice!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Nothing. I'm actually really proud of myself for staying active every day and making sensible choices my whole holiday.

I tried a spin class last night! I never thought I would be able to do that again!

Diet. Always diet. I haven't binged this week though which is something.

Being generally active every day.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Everything. We're doing the house up so we are busy all day and the house is a mess. Have relied on takeaways and junk food all week. Didn't even make it to the gym.

Tried a core class and a yoga class at the gym. Ate well Monday to Friday and was generally more active.

I managed a few seconds of crow pose and a resistance band assisted pull up!

Definitely could have eaten better. I have really lost control with my food again. Even on days when I ate healthy I still ate too much.

Did two 24 hour fasts. Managed to fit into a pair of trousers I bought 2 years ago but was always too big for!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Could have eaten less junk on Saturday and been more active but I haven't felt well so I'm trying not to push myself too much.
