Non-scale victory of the week!
I did get a couple runs in and regular HIIT class, so that is an improvement. Down to 207.2
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Didn't eat as well this week as I have the last couple of weeks. Need to rein it in. Still need to work on poor sleep habits.
