Non-scale victory of the week!

Resisting candy at the movies Squeezing myself into my skinny shorts- although I need another 5 lbs lost to make them look good from the back.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I started teaching summer school this week. I’m usually a stay at home mom so working and doing it all has been a challenge. I didn’t get to work out as often as I’d liked so I had to make healthy healthy choices all week!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Doing well. So making this a lifestyle choice and eating candies on Valentine’s (just not too many). Sunday’s are always my cheat day-popcorn at the movies and m and m’s bit it’s all good. This isn’t a sprint it’s a long distance and I feel good about my progress.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to be more active on Sundays.... at least take a short walk or something. I tend to be lazy after church and the busy week and lay around most of the day.
