I'm trying intermittent fasting, starting today. I'm so hungry! Going to stick to low carb as well. But looking into keto. Only have 3.0 lbs to go!

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I like starting any new routine on Sundays. Started out with a low-carb breakfast. Fitbit is charged. BUT, I'm taking my family to a church festival with lots of food and goodies. Hmm. We'll see how it goes! UPDATE: Overdid the picnic and I feel like crap. Oh well! Tomorrow's a new day!
