My pants, snug before the dietbet, fell off of me during the week.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I should have been more intentional about exercise and diet, but some delayed meals and stressful moments, busy days, were all contributors to me not getting it done.

My goal is to work harder at going to bed by 130, exercise at least 3 days, and be more intentional about diet.
