Non-scale victory of the week!

I'm standing on my feet 8 hours a day at work and hitting the gym. I did 45 minutes on the treadmill with 15 of them being uphill!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I saw a personal trainer and set some goals for getting fit and healthy! I did a large corn maze, fell, got back up and didn't let it ruin the night! My overall lookout on things are improving!

I did not stick to a diet plan or count calories. I need to stop eating food at work!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Definitely meal prep for work! There's pizza and nachos and all kinds of him bad foods. I take a salad and a pack of tuna just to be safe! I've lost 6.2 this first week and I'm hoping to keep up the big losses and double what I need to lose.
