Non-scale victory of the week!

Great walk along the bayfront today during lunch! Met a super sweet father/daughter out there. We chatted for a few minutes. They complemented me on my drive and shared some health/fitness tips. Super sweet and encouraging people. They made my day and my workout so much more fulfilling.
