Non-scale victory of the week!

Fitting into smaller sized shirt. Going for my first 5k run in almost 2 years.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Stay positive. I was really hard on myself.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Going to be tough because I am going to Mexico. My plan is to minimize the drinking and only with non sugared mixes. Stick to proteins and veggies.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Consistency!!!! I have autoimmune disease so a lot of foods that are considered healthy or conducive to weight loss I cannot eat. When I eat something that doesn’t agree with me it can set me back for weeks with pain, inflammation and severe bloating. I’m focusing on just eating light, nutrient dense, easy to digest foods and drinking tons of water.

I’d like to incorporate some exercises for toning arms, legs and core. I’d like to get to 148lbs.
