Non-scale victory of the week!

First week back to work since May and I made it through. I kept hydrated much more and did not eat any junk food.

Yoga. Need the calm.

To keep breathing and eating as my Father’s Memorial is this Saturday. Eat at designated times and not after 7pm.

I did not over eat and better yet, I did eat. I lost my Dad a week ago so over all I kept it together.

No fast food, did not eat after 7:00 pm, walked 6000+ steps a day.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Not a victory paragraph. I have been non stop taking care of an elderly Father. Diet awful, little exercise as it is 105 degrees outside, Little and irregular sleep. I need a challenge to jumpstart me once more.

Non-scale victory of the week!

For the person reading this, I am finishing up my challenge while caregiving for my 93 year old Dad. That is why my photos appear so different than the last. It is a very stressful time and I can pay myself on the back for not falling apart and bingeing on Cokes or comfort food. I really maintained eating 80% healthy. No fast food though I was on the go and traveling. Went to Bikram Yoga 8 days in a row prior to arriving at my Dads home.

More water!!!
