Non-scale victory of the week!
Started counting calories and meal planning again. I'm opening up my eating time more (was eating in an 8 hour window and fasting the rest of the day). This seems more normal and keeps me more full throughout the day, while taking in less calories and (hopefully) not bingeing as much when 8 do eat.
