my clothes still fitting well.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

well, I've been super focused on my job and school. I could be exercising at all, and my diet has been off.

I'm going to try to start biking or walking at least 15 minutes in the morning. it's just so hot.... but I can get it done.

I'm still climbing 3 flights of stairs a day but not much else. still learning new job and taking tests and under a lot of stress. I'm focusing on the job first, but my health is helping me handle the stress.

Starting new job. Finding it easier to not smack because I'm super busy.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Exercise. Not find that right now as I try to acclimate to my new schedule

Keep focusing on my new job and my diet and figure out exercise later. I am taking the stairs up 3 flights at work every day, but typically just once.

Nothing really

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Everything. I worked longer hours so I didn't exercise, and my diet was completely busted. Ate ice cream, french bread and cheeseits.

Get back in the treadmill. Try to control my diet better. I thinks will allow for a snack every day so I don't blue or every night when I'm exhausted.

Took a cheat day Sunday for the first time in 9 months. I think it helped. I got to enjoy some food I was missing and after, I didn't feel so deprived. Trying to eat more. Will continue to try to increase proteins and fats.
