Non-scale victory of the week!
Not turning to a takeaway when we had the emergency board meeting at work and the worry about our jobs. Today picking up the discounted fresh cream cake but putting it back because i knew i would have eaten the two as the date was today. Also today going to my first emotional eating class and first day back to work after Christmas break.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Need to start taking my meds again only started today after at least a month's break. Really struggling with sleeping and need to get back into a better routine but also sleep through the night - woke up loads throughout. Meds might help. Missed breakfasts waking up late but had lunch the majority of days.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
Continuing to try and eat regular meals - 3 meals a day. Continuing to track calories and do not have more than 1 takeaway. Make my soup and not leave it.
