Non-scale victory of the week!
I drank more water over the past few days than I have ever in a month! I have spent most of my days basically flushing my system but I just made my goal by the skin of my teeth!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I need to get my kids on a much healthier way of snacking before I ruin their lives with these horrible eating habits. I always have them eat fruit and good stuff first but my daughters love to follow that up with too much other stuff. I can’t allow my past to become their future.
