Non-scale victory of the week!

This week while at the salon. I was most of the foods that I’m usually tempted by...wine, donuts...but I resisted!! Also, we went to the gym all this week despite the freezing temperatures!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have eaten more. I know I didn’t eat as consistently as I should have.

To eat more consistently and keep going to the gym regularly (despite the weather).

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

The most challenging thing about weight loss to me is that I have a sweet tooth and I love to snack. My goal is to find healthier options because I know those habits will take time to break.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

My goal this week is to join a gym. Excercise at least 3 days, and prep meals in advance for the majority of the work week. In the past, I’ve struggled with planning meals and that leads me to mostly eating junk during the week. This week I’m going to make more of an effort to plan ahead.
