None. Zip. Nada.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Everything. I didn’t drink water, I didn’t exercise, I ate crap all week. Not enough sleep.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Drink more water, I can at least do that much. Implement some fasting days to hit the restart button.

I did a fairly consistent job of IF and had so much energy, I really felt great

Been more active, at least standing and stepping every hour.

Keep doing IF but be more diligent in the evenings, try to move more and drink more water

Non-scale victory of the week!

My eating has been really on point and getting more rest as well. My friend asked how much weight I’d lost and said she could really tell!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I compromised some and started to fall off the wagon-need to use more disgression if allowing an off plan meal- don’t let it lead in to another and another!

Non-scale victory of the week!

A lot of victory over poor choices, tough situations and circumstances that would have sent me to poor food choices but I didn’t go there! I was doing great food wise all week until Wednesday when I started to compromise-ordered my fave pastrami sandwich with fries. I have eaten this before in one sitting with sweet treats after, so the fact that I divided it to two meals and skipped the sweets was a victory. Then it was our firms first happy hour Friday night, I had a drink and too much fried food. Woke up Saturday morning down one pound! Weight hasn’t budged all week! Went to a yoga class for the first time, but ate some chocolate that afternoon-compromise is a slippery slope! I open the door to junk and it is very hard to shut it again.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Made better choices at happy hour and focused my love and attention more towards the people and AWAY from the good. I was way too in to the food.
