A lot of victory over poor choices, tough situations and circumstances that would have sent me to poor food choices but I didn’t go there! I was doing great food wise all week until Wednesday when I started to compromise-ordered my fave pastrami sandwich with fries. I have eaten this before in one sitting with sweet treats after, so the fact that I divided it to two meals and skipped the sweets was a victory. Then it was our firms first happy hour Friday night, I had a drink and too much fried food. Woke up Saturday morning down one pound! Weight hasn’t budged all week! Went to a yoga class for the first time, but ate some chocolate that afternoon-compromise is a slippery slope! I open the door to junk and it is very hard to shut it again.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Made better choices at happy hour and focused my love and attention more towards the people and AWAY from the good. I was way too in to the food.
