Non-scale victory of the week!
I'm consistently wearing a size 10 now. Down from 17/18. I wasn't even a size 10 in high school 18 years ago.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I really need to stick to my prepped meals and hit the gym more consistently. My discipline is lacking and the slower weight loss is the proof.

Focus on my discipline. I need to stop excusing poor decision making. No one is forcing me to eat the junk and skip the gym. That's ALL me. Focus, Heather.
