Won Dietbet number one of the month! A scale victory but a victory nonetheless!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Everything but each week I'm improving so I'll take it. Huge improvement from giving up after one bad meal.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Got back on track the second half of the last week but the first half wasn't great.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have eaten much better but I was more active than I have been in weeks so that's part of a win.

Ready to kick it into high gear. Signed up at the gym, done babysitting for the summer so the hectic days are dying down, my husband got back on days at work. Everything is lining up awesomely for a great week!

By cutting down on sodium and fats my breathing is 95% better!

I definitely could have been more active, and eaten more veggies.
