Non-scale victory of the week!

Week 1:Laying the Foundation - Stay within my Intermittent Fasting window of 1-8:30PM - Get to the gym and get over being embarrassed and anxious for falling off the bandwagon - Cardio at least 3 times this week at least 30 minutes - Lift 3 times this week at least one hour each session For my ultimate weight loss incentive, I've decided to get a tummy tuck and a tattoo to cover it once it is healed. I've always wanted a tattoo and I always felt self-conscious about the loose skin on my tummy. The more weight I lose the more noticable it is. So that will be a big goal to make and something to look forward to. I want something with my two most favorite things... sunflowers and a squirrel. I'll see. It will take almost a year to lose the weight, get surgery and then get the tattoo after it heals. One step at a time.
