Worked out an a SATURDAY! went for an hour long walk with Baby lily in her stroller. Also, I ate out for the first time on Sunday, we ordered Chinese food. I ordered off the “diet” menu which is all steamed food, and I got the sauce on the side... also ordered brown rice to go with it!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I feel like I’m still struggling with not drinking too much on the weekends. I try to limit myself to only 2 glasses of wine, but Saturday and Sunday I had 3. I started my period Sunday so that was a struggle too!!

Next week I will be in Georgia for training. I will be going into the office everyday from 8-5, so I’ve gotta come up with a plan to keep my workout goal of 5 days!!!
