Non-scale victory of the week!
I stopped myself from binge eating. I had a really bad spell the days prior so I was able to muster up some will power to stop despite how low I was feeling.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I wish I yielded a little more self control with my emotions by transferring them into something more productive instead of something destructive (aka emotional eating)
