My NSV was just to start dietbet again, to decide to do something and not just resign.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

meals at set times, and not buying so much ice cream.

Set meals w the kids, so sugary snacks except for Saturday and working out at least three times.

Still amazed at how little I crave sugar now. It used to be constant, now it's just when I am really hungry or sad.

Breaking habits. I crave less sugar, but i still think it will make me happy. It doesn't.
